После разных моих экспериментов вывод такой: никто лучше фотошопа (CS2 - девятая вер.) сейчас resize не может сделать.
Попробуй приручить.

Но, чес-слово, ручками лучше получается! Я использую перышко - Patch, чтобы получить нужный контур, если нужно, его редактирую и Make Selection.
Советую.

Epaperpress PTLens 7.6.1 StandAlone-Plugin For Adobe Photoshop - By n0n

PTLens is Windows software that corrects lens pincushion/barrel distortion, chromatic aberration, and vignetting. PTLens is available as a standalone application or Photoshop plug-in. Both the standalone application and plug-in versions of PTLens run under Windows 2000 or Windows XP with a monitor resolution of at least 1024x768 (DPI 96). The plug-in version works with Photoshop version 6 and above and all versions of Photoshop Elements. Although PTLens is compatible with Paint Shop Pro and Irfanview, camera make, model, lens, and focal length must be manually specified as they do not furnish EXIF information to plug-ins.

In 2001 I had an idea. Why not read EXIF data and use this information to lookup calibration coefficients in a database. Then simply press a button to correct distortion. The year 2002 marked the first release of PTLens. To date there are over 350 lenses in a database that consists of over 2400 separate calibrations. What started as a germ of an idea has evolved into a fast streamlined application that supports a wide variety of cameras and lenses.

Asiva Grain v1.2 for Photoshop

* Define the source colors you wish to operate on using the built in Hue, Saturation and Luminance (HSV) curves or maps. Sampling the colors in the area/s or an image you wish to affect with the built in Color Sampler Tool is a simple way of selecting these values. Reindeer Graphics Optipix v3.1 for Adobe Photoshop

Blown highlights. Noise in the shadows. A density range only a
mother could love. Ah, the common pitfalls of digital photography.

Mostly that's because digicam exposures are usually happy to record
8-bit channels. They only have to yield a 24-bit image, after all --
eight bits each for red, green and blue data. Your printer can't
print more and your monitor can't display more either.

But to work with tonal and color correction in Photoshop, you want
more than eight bits per channel. That only gives you the final
256 possible output values, so when you compress them as you edit
you lose detail and when you expand them you get banding (or gaps between
tones).

But switch to 16-bit channels and those 256 tones blossom into 65,536 grays.
Take your pick.

Or try to take your pick. Most image editing software is severely taxed by
doubling the number of bytes needed to manage a 16-bit image.
Even Photoshop restricts operations for 16-bit images.
