Buying cc for verifying paypal

Hey altenen!
I have a USA paypal acc on which i have money but it can't use it since i don't have a cc linked.
I am buying a USA cc that is not linked to any paypal acc so i can use it to verify the paypal and use my money.
The card has to have money on it since i need it for the paypal confirmation
