Added a fix for rare "floating point" error when printing to certain HP Color Laserjets over a network.
Added Preference item #22c - "Automatically stop/resume receive mode when sending". Turn this on if you want MightyFax to automatically stop receive mode when you click the send button, and then restart receive mode when you are done sending (but only if currently in receive mode). The default is for this to be enabled.

If a fax was created in low resolution, or a fax was received in low resolution, and a cover page was used, the fax would show as stretched width-wise, because the cover is always created in high resolution. If this situation is detected now, the cover will be reduced to match the resolution of the fax. (this did not effect sending or faxes, just viewing).

When editing a fax with a cover sheet, if just clicking Edit and then Save, without changing the cover sheet text, the cover sheet would not be saved.
