Вышел PHP 5.1 Release Candidate 1.
Основные отличия от PHP 5.1 Beta 3:
- Removed XML_RPC pear package from distribution and made ext/xmlrpc mandatory
for pear.
- Updated bundled libraries in Windows distribution.

- Fixed "make test" to work for phpized extensions.
