0. Just in case, disconnect the network connection
1. Install with key HNFJ-DPADCW-BDWCFU-FPNN
2. File RADStudioXE5.slip copy to C:\Program Files(x86 if U x64 Win)\Embarcadero\RAD Studio\12.0\License\
And delete other files
3. Replace Bds.exe in C:\Program Files (x86 ...)\Embarcadero\RAD Studio\12.0\bin
4. Run DXe5 as Admin

p.s. If you can not work properly, delete in C:\ProgramData\Embarcadero directory

Do NOT import the slip file in the registration dialog, just put it in "C:\ProgramData\Embarcadero", or whereever your licenses are (depends on OS) and then restart bds.

First test on a new primary partition under Win8.1(x86)

2.Replaced bds.exe with patched bds.exe of Freecat
3.Ran keymaker v1.5
- SLIP file was created in C:\ProgramData\Embarcadero
4.Started DXE5: Registered !

When I renamed your SLIP file to .xslip, registration form was displayed. After renaming your SLIP file back to extension .slip everything was working fine again in both cases ...

How to use DXE5 together with previous Delphi versions

If you want to use previous Delphi versions (DXE4, DXE3, DXE2, DXE etc.) together with DXE5, simply modify two lines in cglm.ini located in "C:\Program Files\Embarcadero\RAD Studio\12.0\bin" as follows:

Поставил триал. Прикрутил к своему Galaxy Note II.
Удалось запустить "фонарик".

Однко проблема: приложение компилиться, инсталлиться, запускается.
Однако среда походу не понимает что приложение запустилось и ждет вечно. До дебага не доходит, приложение работает само по себе.

Ктонить такое видит?

Получилось запустить XE5

Система Win XP sp 3
Была установлена ломанная XE2
Установил XE5, применил кряк, но среда отказывалась запускаться пока из C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Embarcadero (в Win 7 это каталог C:\ProgramData\Embarcadero) не убрал файл RADStudioXE2.slip.
После этого XE5 запустилась, но отвалилась XE2.
XE2 заработала нормально, когда RADStudioXE2.slip положил в C:\Program Files\Embarcadero\RAD Studio\9.0\License

На 8ке x64 все равно не заработало. Опробовал все написанное здесь и все виды патчей.

Единственное:

win7 x64, все работает:

Тут показало запуск IDE, про при загрузке пакета delphiide170.bpl снова регистрация и все.

Думаю надо подождать. Патч кривой да и как-то рано вышел.
Релиз 11 сентября, а патч аж от 9го. Итог: Китайцы сперли среду разработки.

Работает и даёт выбрать при установке SDK и NDK и устанавливает не отмечая билдер. Windows 7x64 SP1. Все патчи в этой теме не работают в x64. Патчил отдельно в x32 и патченый bds.exe переносил в x64.

Маленькая поправочка. Работает патч в x64!!! Главное условие - после установки не запускать среду !!! Запустить патч от имени администратора и сразу патчить, естественно предварительно заменив файл лицензии...

It still needs a patched bds.exe! No Kerlingen patch is available yet, let's hope for it in the near future.

There are still some online checks in bds.exe. Block all internet access of bds.exe with your firewall or wait for a patch by Kerlingen!
Also it's not possible to have multiple license files in the embarcadero license folder with that patch.
So remove all pre-XE5 slips or apply the workaround by modifying cglm.ini (find instructions in this forum).

Все сделано как здесь, но только bds.exe взят из шапки Fix x64, а пп. 3, 4 просто были не нужны.
Примеры для мобильных есть, а проект - нельзя завести.
Кто знает, что не так? может, не тот ключ - QDF4-CTSDHV-RDFCFE-FEAN?

Сам отвечаю, если кто наступит на эти же грабли. Нужно было сначала установить Java, минимум рантайме. Странно, что установщик этого не заметил.
