Only Service Center. I had the same problem with Siemens M55 and CX75 and my friend had the same with Mtorolla E398. We were trying to find some unlock codes, but all efforts were unsuccessful. So we called to our mobile operator support and they said, that theese codes were only in service centers, they were not public and so on.. In the service center(SC) unlocking took a minute and I paid about 500 roubles(~15euro). I think that in "mobile underground" there are a lot of such things, but do you really think, that it would be cheaper, faster and safely then in SC?? Of couse, I could be wrong, but..
