Ultimate Boot CD 3.4​

Это очень хороший загрузочный диск, можно сказать на все случаи жизни, можно и вирусов погонять, винтик поднять и сетку посмотреть. Очень пригодится тем, кто занимается железом и системой. Я бы сказал, что этот лучший из тех, которые гуляют по просторам сети

Ultimate Boot CD v3.1 Что нового:

This is mostly a bug fix release, but some utilities have been updated. The only addition is MSRRC, a bootdisk contributed by Erwin Veermans which is basically an enhanced version of Bart's Network Boot Disk running on FreeDOS. Erwin's contribution should be a godsend for folks who use Bart's Network Boot Disk a lot but found it removed in V3.0 (we had to remove it because some users told us that it contains Win98 boot code).

After a long gap, Ultimate Boot CD Ver 3.4 is finally ready for download! There is the usual update of apps to their latest versions. Erwin Veermans has added a new feature on the FreeDOS bootdisk that allows you to update the virus database for F-Prot, McAfee and AVG over the network. A new expert mode has also been added (by pressing the [Ins] key at the menus) that allows you to choose which boot disk (FreeDOS, OpenDOS or MSDOS) to use when running certain apps if you encounter compatibility issues. Ultimate Boot CD - создание загрузочного диска для запуска компьютера в экстремальных условиях (при сбоях операционки , при вирусных атаках) достаточно скучный и утомительный процесс, конечно можно обойтись несколькими дискетами, но это еще менее удобно.
А если необходимо отредактировать диски, разбить на сектора или клонировать директории, произвести диагностику аппаратных средств и т.д (не из среды Windows). Вот для этого и была разработана данная программа, с ее помощью вы создадите загрузочный компакт всего за несколько шагов, с различными утилитами входящими в состав программы, причем к этим програмам вы легко сможете добавить свои.

Ultimate Boot CD lets you run diagnostics from CD, not from an unwell hard drive or a series of teeny floppies. You can create a boot CD with any of a variety of hard drive diagnostics, hard disk management programs, memory diagnostics, Linux-based rescue discs, and more.

You need the Ultimate Boot CD if you want to:
* Run floppy-based diagnostic tools from CDROM drives. More and more PCs are shipped without floppy drives these days, and it is such a royal pain when you need to run diagnostic tools on them.
- Free yourself from the slow loading speed of the floppy drive. Even if you do have a floppy drive, it is still much much faster to run your diagnostic tools from the CDROM drive, rather than wait for the tool to load from the floppy drive.
- Consolidate as many diagnostic tools as possible into one bootable CD. Wouldn't you like to avoid digging into the dusty box to look for the right floppy disk, but simply run them all from a single CD? Then the Ultimate Boot CD is for you!
- New! Run Ultimate Boot CD from your USB memory stick. A script on the CD prepares your USB memory stick so that it can be used on newer machines that supports booting from USB devices. You can access the same tools as you would from the CD version.

When you boot up from the CD, a text-based menu will be displayed, and you will be able to select the tool you want to run. The selected tool actually boots off a virtual floppy disk created in memory.
