Программа для управления рабочим столом КПК в окне персонального компьютера, т.е. все происходящее на экране КПК отображается в окне основного компьютера, в КПК передаются нажатия мышкой и ввод с клавиатуры. Работает просто, удобно и стабильно.

Version 3.1 now supports VGA Pocket PC devices.

View and control your Pocket PC from your desktop PC. Virtual CE provides a realtime image of your Pocket PC's display in a window on your PC. All user input on your PC is also passed to your Pocket PC.

Virtual CE serves many purposes including the ability to display the CE screen on a projector connected to a regular PC, capturing screens from 'difficult' CE programs, rapid input of data to CE applications from your PC's keyboard and mouse and many others. The best results are obtained when the PC is connected directly (as opposed to using ActiveSync).

For the best performance on the CE device, VCE directly accesses the display memory. This is fully supported on Pocket PCs because of Microsoft's GAPI.

Virtual CE was written entirely in C (both CE server and PC client). For an idea of the style and techniques used in the source code, you can download a small sample HERE.

В силу упомянутой проблемы приходится использовать предыдущую версию от этого же автора, которая входит в NS Basic CE

Для работы, разумеется, понадобится уже настроенное соединение с КПК через ActiveSync (в настоящий момент на сайте Microsoft уже доступна версия 4.5)
