Windows 7 x64 "Save As" problem.

I'm using Windows 7 Ultimate x64.
But for one week I can not use "Save As" (images, texts etc.) function in Firefox, Chrome and other programs except Word, Excel, Internet Explorer 9 and Notepad.
I didn't understand what happened to my computer ?
Can anybody have any ideas ?

I've tried so many solution from the forums but I can not solve it completely !

I think you should try to delete IE9. Apparently it is kind of explorer.exe problem, imho

maybe its a rights problem in the registry ... try to reset to default registry permissions .. maybe it help.

There is no error message or behavior which one can explain to us what is wrong in your system. From your post I can't figure out even can you select "Save as..." menu entry, or not. Try to call to Microsoft's tech support and get help in. It's free.
