It seems like XE4 wasn't even out very long. Is XE5 a full upgrade to XE4, or is it more an upgrade?

With RadPHP - Is there an iso with Update 4 included? Or to set it up - get base iso - apply patches 1-4? or just update 4? Just not sure how to set it up. Thanks Orkon
