Вo время разработки у меня все фреймы на alNone стоят. Открывается фрейм на позиции 0,0 значит в верхнем левом углу. Если его там оставить, то и размер не меняется в следующий раз. Как талько его сдвинешь, размер каждый раз меньше становится на 39 в высоте и на 16 в ширине: 491/774 452/758...
