На ХЕ2 Криво ставится, в процессе установки не компилитса компоненты если даже руками ставить всё, то половино компонентов не ставятса а те что ставятса кривые.

Ага. Мне тоже пришлось все uses/ы перелопатить чтобы поставить. Но работает без ошибок.

The users can be grouped and can inherit rights in this way. у меня у одного проблемы с этими девками? после установки .. при запуске делфи начинает ругаться на отсутствие модулей, хотя в папке они лежат, после перезапуска компа косяков меньше.. но так же остались, что делать?

Из первоисточника:

1. uninstall current and previous version devexpress
2. clear your system from all devexpress files.
3. install

Very Important: REBOOT after installation, or the path to the libraries will not be found (The installer creates an environment variable with the path to the libraries, and it is only activated by giving a BOOT or log off).

In RAD Studio XE2 manually add the path to the libraries (in Tools \ Options \ Delphi Options \ Library \ Library Path).

PS: TeeChart 9 Installation does not work, should be compiled manually after installation.
