This versions is works as wished!

The main components (FIB) was compiled with sucess!
The Editors and Tools, in format BPL, is not for all version IDE OK = look the references (CB2011, XE2, etc...)

SO, you'll have that to compile!

Now this task, let each one of you! To be a programmer, you should not just break the head, but also learn to put the pieces lying on the ground

Just reminding everyone that Embarcadero has changed many concepts from their latest updates of the IDE, then many ways of encoding are not supported.

Thus, do not expect to be rosy from now on. Try to update and seek their own sources and means to circumvent the drawbacks of language.

Note 1: Take your mind, when we dont have one way, we must find another way! So... hands in work programming!

Note 2: Here, all compiled and working.... FIB + EDITORS + TOOLS -> IDE 2009, 2010, XE and XE2

Про эти фибы на дружественном форуме сказали, что редакторы не работают.

У оффициальных фибов редакторы тоже не работают. С тех пор самых пор как в релиз перестали включать исходники от Tools и Editors.

Я тоже брал там же. На XE2 U4 редакторы не работают.

Там можно русфицироваить строки самого bugreport'а. А вот руссифицированого эксперта небыло и никогда не будет ибо оно не нужно т.к. все понятно как 2+2.

И ещё, как настроить кодировку отсылаемого EurekaLog сообщения c багами ?

Лучше настрой сервер на правильный прием сообщений.
