Как ведет себя без запущенной IDE?
Ето 3.3.0.4, а не 3.4.0.1 - посмотреть в History.txt
Не компилится dclfrx16.dpk
E2466 Never-build package 'frx16' requires always-build package 'fs16'.. Что бы это значило?
(Нашел решение: Опции пакета, закладка Description, радиогруппа Build Control:
включить "Rebuild As Needed". Честно говоря, не понял, что это такое. Может, кто объяснит из знающих?)
Ну и в нескольких модулях пришлось ComObj заменить на System.Win.ComObj
