Диаграмму Ганта может строит компонент SchedulerDBStorage из библиотеки DevExpress. Где взять эту библиотеку надеюсь догадываешся.... Подсказка, тут же....

Взято с ru-board, перекладывать не стал из-за проблем с исходящим трафиком. В отличие от версии 8.07.1.1127 на обновленной Delphi 2007 ставится и работает нормально.

Мало ли что в Readme написано. 6.9.5
Поддерживать-то она может и поддерживает, но не до конца. Ибо просто не компилируется под Delphi 2009 и соответственно не работает. ;(
