Распаковал папку. Там 4 файла: 3 dll и 1 exe. Запускаю exe - выходит окно с иероглифами и надпись Delphi2010. Нажимаю на кнопку (на которой кстати тоже кракозяблы какие-то) - опять выходит окно с иероглифами и надпись Delphi2010. И больше ничего!

Что это и как ставить?
