Sorry, but I really don't understand why a few people always are crying for the ultra-most-recent sub-sub-minor release of whatever tool, and why they believe to absolutely depend on it and are not able to work w/o that. А теперь как это инсталлировать (для ленивых). Заходим в папку "Active Query Builder", архивируем всё, что там есть обыкновенным zipом, копируем это во временный каталог, присвоив архиву имя data.arc, туда же копируем setup.exe из папки uninstall, запускаем setup, наслаждаемся прелестями цивилизации
