AIM TOC2 Plugin 1.4.2.1

Список изменений:
-Added support for the "DELETE2" command- so online buddies that are removed from another client will turn offline on miranda.

-Fixed "INSERTED2" command to display the buddy that is added instead of the group name.(Same goes for DELETED2)

-Added checking for NULL groups in the "INSERTED2 and DELETED2" commands- so that a pagefault doesn't occur.

-Changed the default server to toc.oscar.aol.com- so people stop whining about not being able to connect.

-Just a note: if a buddy and group are added at the same time then the INSERTED2 and DELETED2 commands behave strangely(extra delimeter, empty groups, garbage before the buddy name, very random).

added feature: "No popups for RSS contacts" - not tested, i use rss from google desktop search:)
and finally i merge code from plugin "NewEventNotify modified for OSD 0.4.1"
