Old ported to Seattle , uses BDE. Not completed by me but it works.Original included.
When you delete a unit from a project the USES references can remain
in the PAS files and it appears it is compiled behind your back.
This is a program that looks at the source code of a Delphi project
and units in that project to see if there are instances where a
reference remains to a unit that has been removed from the project.
If a unit appears in the report then it could be
a) A library unit - If these get on your nerves then add
the name of the unit to the constant COMMONUNITS
b) A reference to a unit you actually need but have not
explicitly added to your project
c) A unit that became obsolete, you deleted it from the
project but USES references remain in odd places.

Лично мне понадобилась альтернативная справочная система CustomHelp для D2007. Есть даже видео-инструкция: https://vimeo.com/7200411
В самой IDE D2007 справка страшненькая и с трудом конфигурируется, а CustomHelp позволяет добавлять свои файлы справки, в т.ч. HLP, открывать их там, где задашь и пр.
В общем, мне понравилось, пользуюсь и радуюсь.
P.S. Да, Delphi 2007 - старый продукт, но что делать, приходится использовать для поддержания большого проекта.
