just modify source for Xe7 compatible....
Взял у китайцев... Это XE6 портирован для XE7!
Просто берем и ставим компоненты для XE6 в XE7.
У меня заработало. Хотя все не проверял.

MsgCommunicator Database Pack is created as optional set of database
modules for MsgCommunicator. Database module stores users data,
contact lists, messages history in the relational database system.
MsgCommunicator without database module stores only users data
and contact lists in binary files. MsgCommunicator with any database
module provides interface for searching users and messages.
However, if the client needs to search the messages on server,
a temporary table component is required (TMsgTempTableSQLMemTable

Android Broadcast Receiver Delphi Component

Will be able to catch the broadcast on your phone with the help of this component.

Note: There is no need to do any settings related Classes.dex is enough to do the same operation as a standard component installation.

Tested on the project and XE7 XE6.

I created a sample project files for you in the coming age who can catch the number thanks to this example.
