Opera 9.0 Windows Build 8359 Download (MSI)
Some of the changes:
  • Fixed widget crash in in 16-bit/24-bit resolutions
  • Fixed crash caused by corrupted language files
  • Fix crash when resetting a form with a fieldset inside
  • Fixed bug with some archive files opened blank
  • Fixed bug where width calculation of images in Java-Script doesn't work
  • Fixed flash crasher
  • Fixed Bit Torrent crash and leak when resuming a torrent with one file missing
  • Fixed a couple of memory leaks

Opera 9.0.8367 является неплохой альтернативой таким программам, как Internet Explorer и Netscape Navigator, но в отличие от своих конкурентов имеет целый ряд положительных отличий: занимает меньше места, быстрее работает, обладает приятным интерфейсом и возможностью смены скинов, поддерживает технологии MDI/SDI, имеет дополнительные возможности по обработке веб-страниц, работы с закладками и т.д.
В данной версии добавлены Opera Widgets, добавлена поддержка BitTorrent, оптимизирован поисковый движок, улучшен блокиратор содержимого, доработан блокиратор всплывающих окошек, добавлен предпросмотр картинок.

А вот кратко как его поставить .
Разархивируйте файл и переименуйте его в english.lng
затем Скопируйте файл в папку с программой и подтвердите замену.И у Вас будет русский язык уже при запуске программы (не придётся вручную выбирать язык).
Помимо огромного количества разнообразных изменений хочется выделить два: первое - это поддержка Peer 2 Peer сети BitTorrent; а второе - виджеты (Widgets). С первым все ясно. Пара слов о втором: небольшие приложения, написанные специально для браузера, запускаются непосредственно из программы и выполняют разнообразные функции. Например: читалка новостей популярных сайтов; часы; календари; калькуляторы и т. п. мелочи. Несколько виджетов от Opera Software [http://my.opera.com/community/customize/widgets/]

Программа стала бесплатной ещё с версии 8.5
