Но бить по 200 Мб не сильно хочеться.
Ладно там посмотрим.
Если выложить на megashares.com, то там бить вообще не надо, а скачивать можно на хорошей скорости по 500 Mb за раз. Качал оттуда М080 и Pro/Toolmaker 8.1 M020.

но пока не могу найти информацию из-за чего был сделан билд М091 вместо М090
причем только для платформ Windows

вообще то еще есть вариант для sunx64 и unix (какие именно платформы и версии не знаю)

M091 - была исправлена поддержка японского языка
будет еще M092 - с поддержкой китайского
насчет русского пока глухо.

Important Information Regarding Maintenance Builds M091 and M092 of Pro/ENGINEER Wildfire 4.0
Maintenance Builds M091 and M092 of Pro/ENGINEER Wildfire 4.0 address issues related to Japanese and Chinese characters becoming ‘scrambled’.
Two special maintenance only builds of Pro/ENGINEER Wildfire 4.0 have been created to address specific issues related to Japanese and Chinese characters in drawings.
M091 was developed for a Japanese character issue in Drawing mode where applying any font to a Japanese note aside from the default "FONT" will cause the characters to appear scrambled. Several Japanese customers have reported the issue but it is only impacting Japanese characters. TAN 145151.
M092 was developed for a Chinese character issue where specific Chinese characters become scrambled. TAN 145204
PTC recommends customers download and use M090 unless they are directly impacted by the issues listed above.
M091 is now available for download. M092 will be available during the week of June 29, 2009.

Several customers have reported issues to Technical Support of a decrease in performance, or unexpected exits when using Pro/ENGINEER or other 3rd party MCAD applications with Windchill. The issue has been found to be caused by the server.cache file, which is located in local client cache, growing at a very large rate and never retracting.
It has been determined that the following Workgroup Manager actions are the most problematic:
Deleting a Workspace
Synchronizing with the Windchill server
Changing to a different active Workspace.
This issue impacts the following software combinations:
Pro/ENGINEER Wildfire 4.0 M090 when used with any compatible Windchill PDMLink 9.0 / 9.1 MOR.
3rd party MCAD UWGM for Windchill PDMLink 9.1 M020.
The issue has been addressed and is resolved in the following releases:
Pro/ENIGNEER Wildfire 4.0 M092 & M100
Pro/ENGINEER Wildfire 5.0 F000
3rd party MCAD UWGM for Windchill PDMLink 9.1 M030
If using Windchill PDMLink 9.1 M020 please contact Technical Support about a potential Temporary Patch
If this performance issue is encountered the local client cache must be deleted and the cache will be recreated upon next launch of Pro/ENGINEER or the UWGM. Upload all modified data to the server side workspace prior to deleting the local cache.
PTC is recommending that any customer using Windchill PDMLink 9.0 / 9.1 MOR do not install Wildfire M090 or M091. Wildfire 4.0 M092 should be available for download during the week of June 29th.
