Да как-то всё работает и работает, ключ работал в версии 4.0.9 - работает и в 4.0.11

Я переходил сразу с тройки на четверку - мож поэтому.

Ключи для третьей версии действуют и в версиях группы 4.0.x.x- читайте внимательно офсайт

Да, скриншот по ключику из № 742. Неверный ключ при регистрации 4.0.14 и не откатывается на 4.0.11. Не хочется ковырять реестр. Подожду ключик. Может за месяц сваяют

надо ли отключать сетевой шнурок (Интернет конечно) при инсталляции? и когда его можно подоткнуть обратно?

В этом нет необходимости. Но на всякий случай после установки программы в настройках, галку в поле "Проверять наличие обновлений при старте" лучше убрать.
