в кратце:
Загрузить, распаковать, перестартовать комп.
Зайти в SafeMode, запустить smitfraudfix.cmd
набирите последовательно 1 Enter, 2 Enter, 3 Enter "y" Enter
Перестартовываетесь.
Намучился, пока нашел, ~ часа 4.
