FlashFXP ftp-клиент - Это мощный и очень удобный FTP клиент с поддержкой FXP. Умеет без проблем работать через прокси, не имеет ограничений на размер скачиваемого файла, может импортировать списки любимых серверов из большинства распространённых программ, поддерживает SSL/TLS авторизацию и много чего ещё.

Не самая последняя, но проверенная версия.В свое время сильно мне пригодилась, может пригодится еще кому.
В комплекте серийник и русификатор.
AutoUpdate не используем - прибъет ключ.

Просто , блин , когда перед созданием темы проверял по поиску "FlashFXP",
ничего найдено не было.Вот такая злобная глюка :(
Просьба к модерам прибить тему и приношу извинения за беспокойство :)

После регистрации программы FlashFXP добавьте в секцию [LiveUpdate] файла настроек FlashFXP.ini следующие строки Proxy=0, Check=0, Interval=0.Это позволит вам заблокировать функцию автообновления программы FlashFXP, при котором происходит проверка валидности серийных номеров и в случае если обнаруживается что один и тот же номер используется на двух и более машинах он автоматически заносится в так называемый BlackList, в дальнейшем программа становится снова триальной...

Блокируем с помощью FireWall доступ программы к flashfxp.com, flashfxp.org,
flashfxp.ws или всё это весит на IP 66.98.216.222

Прописал эти параметры: Proxy=0, Check=0, Interval=0, после чего программа стала соединяться с сервером при каждом новом старте программы :p
Как всё таки сделать чтоб программа не коннектилась с сервером FLASHFXP?

Вот нашёл рабочий патч для версии 3.2.хх, устраняет все проблемы с регистрацией занесённых в блэк лист ключей, и проверки ключа на валидность на серверах flashfxp.

FlashFXP v3.4 Beta 6 - Public Beta (v3.3.6 Build 1125)

Updates since FlashFXP v3.2.0.1080:
New Features:
• The graph font can now be changed seperately from the application font.
• Global "Bind Socket to IP" setting.
• Per-Site "Bind Socket to IP" setting.
• Multi-language support. See the translation forums (http://www.inicom.net/forum/forumdisplay.php?f=160) for more information.
• Added new status msg "Listening on PORT: X, Waiting for connection." to help troubleshoot PORT mode connections.
• If Passive mode fails two times in a row, FlashFXP will switch to PORT mode or vis versa.
• If the connection is lost to the ftp site you can continue to browse cached folders and queue files, if a task is performed that requires a connection flashfxp will reconnect back to the ftp site and then perform that task.

Changes:
• Syncronized Browsing. When browsing remotely the local sync now occurs after the change dir, rather than after the list complete.
• Rename will now cancel out if the folder/file name only contains spaces.

Fixes:
• When selecting files in the local browsing the selection size isn't updated probably due to a syntax error.
• If FlashFXP was locked with a password and on transfer complete triggers it was unable to close properly.
• If the connection is lost during a delete operation and the user clicks yes to the a reconnect prompt, after connecting FlashFXP sometimes ended up in the wrong folder.
• Once the connection retry count was reached the 'Go' and 'stop after current transfer' buttons states weren't updated properly.
• If you connect to a site and while that connection is still being attempted click 'go' the connection attempt isn't properly reset prior to connecting to the site in the queue.
• Other minor fixes.
