Я не могу зайти только на один сайт

Я вот не могу понять, это реклама сайта или нет.

Нет, не реклама, это сайт газеты на иврите. В англоязычную версию этого сайта захожу, захожу и на другие сайты co.il.
Система Windows XP, IE6.

Он не блокирует случаем.

Да, действительно попробуй пропинговать:
в командной строке пропиши ping www.ynet.co.il или ping 80.67.86.40
в командной строке пропиши ping www.ynet.co.il или ping 80.67.86.40

Спасибо всем за помощь, мне удалось справиться самому. Просто адрес IP сайта попал в host "C:\WINDOWS\system32\drivers\etc\host", после стирания адреса из файла, я смог зайти на сайт "www.ynet.co.il".
У меня тоже возникла ситуация, когда не могу открыть сайт. Прочитала ваши рекомендации, заходила в хост, там нет ни одной записи, пропинговала, пишет при проверки связи не удапось обнаружить узел. Браузер один пишет,что не может найти сервер, другой - не может отобразить эту вебстраницу.
