P.S. Лечение с помощью подставного borlndmm.dll (от изначального XE3) не помогло - BDS.exe не запускается.

Не устанавливается на Win8, 64bit.
Запускаем Launcher, жмем "Install ..." и получаем ошибку с текстом
типа "??????? %1 ????????? Windows ?????? ?? ????????????? ......."

Мжет кто помочь с рабочим вариантом?

так это ж родной с embarcadero. рабочее уж не бывает
правда мне удалось поставить только Install from the Web, на win7 x64 iso тоже не захотел ставиться

I wonder if it's just me, I cannot fully download XE3 from embarcadero link. It downloads only 2GB (2,147,417,778 bytes) then completes the download. Is there any other way to download this 3Gb+ file?

And is there an XE3 Lite package?

Please don't be funny. Make sure you know it well before answering. All my drives are NTFS. Besides, FAT32's file size limit is 4GB, not 2GB. 2GB was in FAT16.
