Прога очень интересно сделана вообще.

могу предположить что этим файлом, прога помечает свой пробный запуск.
можно попробовать написать bat - ник, который будет блокировать создание этого файла. Сам, писать не умею-обращался к программистам
Пожалуйста перезалейте эту программу: Нева Профи или Нева Профи++.
А то по ссылке выдает:
"Ничего не найдено Возможно, владелец удалил файлы или закрыл к ним доступ. А может быть, вам досталась ссылка с опечаткой."
Еще есть предложение выложите в шапку темы некоторые проги которые тут обсуждаются,
очень мучительно искать нужную программу в сообщениях.
Думаю не я один с этим столкнулся и это большая просьба.
