Description
At release 9.1 M010, referenced content files are deleted from the vault if the operation Remove unreferenced Files is executed on a master vault. This issue is not applicable to cache vaults and replica vaults.
Note: This issue is also applies when wt.fv.forceContentToVault is set to true.
Resolution
This issue will be addressed in a future release of Windchill.
Alternate Technique
Do not use Remove Unreferenced Files Operation at release 9.1 M010.

If you have removed unreferenced content files at this release, please contact PTC Technical Support.
Additional Information
Steps to Reproduce the issue:-
- Upload some content to Master
- create FvVault and vaulting rule.
- Synch the data.
- Unreference one of the content.
- Run Remove unreferenced content on this vault from Vault configuration UI.
Expected Result: Only unreferenced content should get moved/deleted.
Actual Result: Referenced content is also getting moved/deleted.
